A rebar plant with 500,000 tons a year of capacity in Alexandria's El Nahda industrial zone.
In line with the state's drive to build strong infrastructure for investment and sustainable development, El Ghoniemy applied to build a rebar plant with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, after acquiring 45,000 m² in the El Nahda industrial zone.
The plant will reduce rebar imports and save foreign currency, while creating more than 250 direct and around 1,200 indirect jobs that support community development in Alexandria. The investment is estimated at about EGP 800 million.
